1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Club Nautique du Luxembourg (“CNL”) online platform and to all bookings of courses, activities, memberships and venue reservations made through it.
2. Account and registration
A user account may be required to make bookings. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Minors may only book with the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Booking and contract
By submitting a booking you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by CNL or successful payment. Availability and capacity are limited.
4. Prices and payment
The prices shown at the time of booking apply, incl. statutory VAT. Payment is made via wallet balance, credit card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Members benefit from reduced rates.
5. Cancellation and weather
Cancellations and rebookings follow the conditions stated for each offer. If CNL cancels for weather or safety reasons, the amount is refunded or credited to your wallet.
6. Safety and personal responsibility
Watersports carry inherent risks. Participants confirm that they are fit to take part, able to swim where required, will follow staff instructions and comply with safety rules. Certain activities require accepting a liability waiver.
7. Liability
CNL is liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
Luxembourg law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Luxembourg.
